As an open community we invite all people into nurturing relationships with Jesus Christ through worship, witness, fellowship and service.

We follow seven principles and core values:

  1. Welcoming : Because God welcomes us in Christ we welcome all without exception.
  2. Discernment : We seek to listen for God's Spirit, allowing God to touch our lives.
  3. Thinking faith : We welcome honest inquiry, honor and explore the Bible, and aim to connect our lives with its ancient wisdom.
  4. Unity in diversity:   We ask God to make us a varied community where our deepest differences are God's gift and blessing.
  5. Worship and Witness: We look for worship where God meets us, transforms us, and empowers us to be Christ's witnesses.
  6. Love and Justice : Because Christ's love is the measure of our lives, we resist domination and violence, praying that our life together will demonstrate Christ's better way.
  7. Hope : Trusting in the risen Christ we look forward in faith, because the oldest thing we know about God is that God does new things.
